How billing works
Booking is simple, and billing is flexible
Every partnership begins with a brief conversation about your community, goals, and budget. Once the right fit is clear, you receive a written quote and a clear next step. Purchase orders and district/ESD invoicing are welcome.

2. Quote & deposit
You receive a written quote with scope, deliverables, and travel if needed. A 50% deposit secures your date; the balance is due after the event or in agreed installments.
3. Final invoice & follow-up
After the event, you receive a final invoice payable by check or ACH. Sessions include a brief follow-up note with resources and next steps.
